“small sweet deli serving very delicious fried oysters, crabs, sandwiches and more! Easy to drive by but recommend stopping in, seems to have a lot of locals eating there. Super friendly service and seafood is good quality. We ordered the fried oysters, tuna sandwich, and crab soup.”

Crabs are the heart of the case. Steamed crabs are seasoned heavy and boxed to go; live crabs come out of the basket by the dozen or the bushel. Sizes change with the catch, so call ahead and ask what came in.

Questions

The seafood market, asked and answered.

What is in the seafood case?
Hard crabs live or steamed, jumbo lump and lump crab meat by the tub, crab cakes ready to cook, and a cold case marked by hand: cucumber salad, shrimp salad, potato salad, cole slaw and shrimp mac.
Is the seafood local?
Fresh local seafood is what the sign on the building says. What is in the case moves with the season and the day’s catch, so call and ask what came in.
When is the market open?
Every day, Sunday included, 10 AM to 6 PM. The deli keeps its own hours: Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM.
Can I call ahead?
Yes, and it is the surest way: (410) 822-5019. Tell us how many and when you are coming, and we hold them.
Do you sell crab soup?
Cream of crab and Maryland vegetable crab are regulars on the kitchen’s board. See breakfast and lunch.
Where are you?
1021 N. Washington Street, Easton, MD 21601. Get directions.
Can I get crabs steamed and ready to go?
Yes. Steamed crabs come seasoned heavy and boxed to go. Live crabs come out of the basket for you to cook at home. Either way, call ahead so we can hold them.
Do you sell by the bushel?
By the dozen or by the bushel. Sizes change with the catch, so ask what came in when you call, and tell us when you are coming so we can hold them for you.
Is there a deli counter too?
Yes. Deli sandwiches come from the counter: roast beef, tuna, and a crab cake sandwich when the board has one. Homemade breakfast runs from 6 AM, Monday to Saturday.
Do you carry anything besides crabs?
Fresh local seafood, the way the sign says; what is on ice moves with the season and the day’s catch. The cold case beside it holds the salads, by the tub.
Can I order a big batch for a party?
Yes. Call (410) 822-5019 for a bushel or a big order for the weekend, and tell us when you are coming.
